“I come to this Starbucks every single Tuesday and Thursday after my sons speech therapy for a cake pop and coffee and this is the BEST Starbucks in VA in my opinion. My favorite barista knows my order and what time I come through and she is honestly such an angel, especially when I’m having a rough day. I look forward to days when she works because she always is the sweetest thing! All the baristas are awesome and this location is just 10/10. Always clean, always friendly.“

“Went in to get a PSL and some donuts to take home. Didn’t get the persons name but on the receipt it just says “manager”, not the point but, the blonde woman who helped me, was so nice and friendly. The drive through was a little busy but all the staff I saw were working hard and fast. Thank you guys for always doing your best!“

“Went in to get my food, I always use the app. Went in, stood in line for 2 mins then got my food, everyone that was there waiting b 4 I got there was staring at me cuz I got my food b 4 they did and I jus walked in lol. But I had jus gotten a 6 piece and a med Fri, so... It was put together quicker than a family meal. But, like usual... The fries at McDonald's are always undercooked so they can serve them faster. So yes they were soggy and limp. But, they were ok I guess. Customer service was good ?“
