From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless and incredibly fun. The staff was friendly, professional, and organized, ensuring that everything went smoothly for our large group. They made sure all safety protocols were in place and gave thorough instructions, so everyone felt comfortable. The venue was well-maintained, the tubing runs were fast and fun, and the fire pits and hot chocolate station was a perfect spot for our students to warm up and relax before their next run. Snow Riders also catered our lunch. They provided several options for our students, were mindful of allergies, and everything was fresh and delicious. Snow Riders truly helped make our reward trip a huge success. If you're looking to host a fun, safe, and memorable outing for a large group, we highly recommend Snow Riders.“

“Had literally the worst day to include my car breaking down. Took my daughter in for a treat I had promised her and at check out I realized I left my wallet at work. The young lady working was so extremely kind and understanding. I'm sorry I didn't get her name but her kindness tonight was the biggest blessing. We will be frequenting this location often!
