Luray is home to two (as if this writing) rather pricey, tourist-focused restaurants, at least 7 pizza places, and the Ollie Cat Cafe, the closest mid-priced place in town that doubles as a watering hole (although their hours are a bit weird). I don't have cable or satellite TV so if I want to watch a sports game, I have to go to Hawksbill Brewery...but I digress. Ollie Cat is a very comfortable place with a solid menu of Americana (burgers, sandwiches, fish, wings, etc.)...
Cool looking place but was ignored when I entered and waited for a table. Had to track down a server to get a table, she didn't give me a menu and then disappeared until I had the bartender track her down so I could pay the bill. The food was ok.
Service was great! All staff were very kind, helpful and provided wonderful service. Atmosphere was cool and interesting. Food was soso- edible but nothing to get excited about. But the great service made up for the food.
