“We have eaten here a lot. Historically, we have never had any meal issues. Over this past summer we had an issue with a missing kids meal and just yesterday another issue with milk vs. chocolate milk. It's odd to have issues after not having issues for years, not sure what that's about.
When they messed up the kids meal, we were already home. We had to call them and they did give us a free meal credit but it expired in 30 days... which we never ended up getting in time.
Love the food, atmosphere, and how quick they are.“
“Chick-fil-A is incredible. They have people that work outside and take orders and deliver to car windows. $7 kids meal you get chicken strips or nuggets, fries, fresh squeezed lemonade or fountain drink, and you can ask to substitute the toy for an icecream cone. And they usually still give you the toy. Also, everyone has positive energy. It’s the most delicious fast food i have tasted. And I see signs about community scholarship awards given out. I go to Chick-fil-A about 3 times a week with my daughter after school.“
“This place is a well-oiled machine. I visited on a day where due to some power outages they had a massive influx of customers. Not to worry-the food was fresh and delicious, the staff were friendly. My food was delivered in a timely manner.“
“Few months back I was changed double on an order... being the persistent cuss I am when it come to "penny saved, penny earned" and all that, I emailed the management. Top tier response and quick turn around. Much thanks all you employees supporting summer operations for the Green Hall staffers that forget to bring their lunch or don't have an office fridge. You are a life saver! I do like my fries a little crispier if you don't mind ?“
“I visit Chick-fil-A at least once a day Monday through Saturday. I love their vanilla iced coffee with extra vanilla. The staff is always pleasant. The service is always good. I’ve grown to know some of the staff members by name.
There’s one young man who is always sweet and pleasant. His name is Steve on today. Steve went above and beyond his Chick-fil-A duties..
As he Handed me my food he calmly said Mrs. Tiffany, is there anything I Can pray for you about. At first, I said no because I misunderstood the question. But I quickly realized what he had asked me and I explained to him that I have 18 children and I have been a foster Mom for over 20 years If he wanted to say a special prayer for me, I requested that he say one for my children. it’s not often that you go through the drive-through line at a fast food restaurant and someone wants to say a prayer for you. In today’s time, it’s much needed
Thank you, Steve. You truly are an asset to Chick-fil-A and an encouragement to me.“
