Chick-fil-A in Lynchburg

“Very kind and understanding staff. I would rather not get into specifics, but I was faced with a dilemma here and yet the service here was extremely patient, sincere, and helpful. I wish I knew the name of the kind woman that helped me, I would talk her up in this review. Everyone here is so kind and thoughtful, and the food has always been top-tier for Chick-fil-A.
I don't write a lot of reviews, but the service was so good to me that I felt led to. Thank you to the kind men and women of this establishment.“

“Hey guys. Big Chick-fil-A fans here, so this one hurt a little. We waited while our food was being made, but everything came out cold. Cold fries, cold sandwiches, and drinks that were basically iced water. Even the side of pickles was only two, and the requested mayo was missing. Tried calling to report it, but we’re still waiting to talk to a manager… and we’re still waiting…“
