Chick-fil-A in Roanoke

“I can’t talk enough about how great this team and location is! This location is closest to my work and I come probably 3 days a week and everyone is so helpful, quick, and attentive. I came one day and the worker walked me to my car with an umbrella in the rain. Customer service above and beyond!! The owner is also frequently in the restaurant helping as well. I love my chick fil a fam!“

“Do not order delivery! Even through their app, you will get a DoorDash driver and that speaks for itself. I got cold/melted food last week because it came an hour and a half after it was made. I sent in my frustration , and they sent me a reward for a free meal, which doesn’t cover all the cost, but at least it’s something.“

“This place is all about good food and quick, great service. They'll even come to your table and ask if you need anything. This place is always busy though because it's in a prime location. I have to park in an adjoining parking lot because their parking lot is too busy.“

“I absolutely love Chick-fil-A as much as the next person, but this time was even better than normal. The staff was incredible. I was new to using the Chick-fil-A app, and the lady who was helping me check out was so patient and kind. I was a little nervous about using the app because I didn't want to hold other people up in line, but the cashier was so helpful. The service was so quick. I got my food before I even left the counter! There was another lady who was walking around helping out with some other stuff around the store, and she took my tray for me! I know Chick-fil-A is fast food, but they have by far the best customer service.“
