Cold fries, cold sandwiches, and drinks that were basically iced water. Even the side of pickles was only two, and the requested mayo was missing. Tried calling to report it, but we’re still waiting to talk to a manager… and we’re still waiting…“

“This location is falling off. Almost every single order in the past two months, they completely miss something, or something's wrong. This time I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich in a lettuce wrap, and they didn't put the chicken in. How do you miss the chicken in a chicken sandwich. The app immediately gave me a reward for a free entree which was nice, but it's still annoying to have to go back again just so I can eat dinner.“
