“We love Chick-fil-A and this is a nice location. It was clean, friendly, and the servers were very nice. I'm always stuck by the manners and outgoing attitude of Chick-fil-A staff, and this location was no exception. They were all very willing to please. Well done, Charlottesville Chick-fil-A!“
“Fast service. The kindest smiling people and they noticeably care about their restaurant and look happy. Great tasting, fresh meals, all recommended. Flowers or plants on tables. Always clean! Bathrooms have diapers available for customers with babies.“
“The staff at this location are so kind and always remember a familiar face.
It is unusual for there to be an error in an order, but with such a high volume place it does happen on occasion and when it does, they are always happy to replace or correct any issues as they arise.
I frequent this location often and will continue to do so due to the diligence, kindness and overall consistency with the food, atmosphere and speed of service.
They also have a wonderful catering team who hits the mark every time.

“Fantastic service and food. It was the busiest I've ever seen and when I needed help fixing a mistake I made, Cari (team lead?) was super patient and helpful. She spent a few minutes focused on just helping me in the middle of the lunch rush. This is definitely my favorite CFA, not just because of the play place, and I don't even live nearby!“
