Went through today, not very many cars still took 20+ minutes. No one outside taking orders so of course the girl taking order at the speaker got it wrong. Then we said something was wrong and the girl who gave us food stared at us and then walked away. This place sucks now🤮 OH.. and got charged extra for a regular size drink with a combo meal. Literally it’s a racket and customer service at this location isn’t a priority.
I spent 26 minutes in the drive thru this morning in the outside lane while the staff only helped the inside lane. I was told “you have to understand, they were transitioning from taking orders at the speaker to someone taking them outside.” I don’t understand why that transition means that 14 cars that pulled in after me in the inside lane were served (and gone) while I waited 18 minutes to even have my order taken. Poor management.
I have reached my goal of 100,000 Chick-fil-A points! Great food and great service!

Chick-fil-A has received mixed reviews. While the service is generally good, customers have experienced issues with food quality, including overcooked and burned nuggets. The location can be difficult to navigate, with challenging parking. They have really good food there. The chicken nuggets and fries are the best. CELIAC people they have GLUTEN FREE items and yes BUNS. Salads are great, too. Their parking lot is really clean and they have plenty of parking spaces, but sometimes it's hard to find a parking space because they stay really busy. They have a really good kids menu.
