“Love the ice cream here! But please encourage your employees to greet customers! It was embarrassing coming up, and the girl staring at me as if I had two heads. Didn’t greet me and just said “what do you want”“

“I visited Bruster's of Lynchburg for the first time on Friday 5/23/2025. The coffee oreo was the best ice cream I've had in my entire life. My daughter had the birthday cake and she also said it was the best she's ever had.“

“I was a bit worried after reading the reviews for this place, but after visiting twice, I must say the ice creams are amazing and the staff were very kind. It is a bit on the pricier side for ice cream, but the flavours are amazing! It is also a bit messy to take as takeaway, so eat quickly!“
