The lady at the Cafe was a complete b**** to my disabled wife. We both work in food service and know how difficult customers can be so we always treat service workers with respect but this lady was jumping down my wife's throat for no reason and being very short with her despite my wife just kindly ordering her food. This Sam's is definitely on the smaller side. While in Lynchburg, we came here to pick up a few items. It was pretty easy to get in and out of. I appreciate Sam's for purchasing certain items. Some items just don't make sense to get from here. I was pleased with this visit. I'm sure we will come here again to reload the next time we're in town.

I am leaving a review because the employee staffing the cafe counter today went above and beyond to check in the freezer for ingredients on an item we wished to order. We had a concern about an allergen and they were so kind to clarify that it was not present and prepared our soft pretzel without butter as requested. The snacks are so reasonable here and a nice treat while shopping at Sam’s in Lynchburg!
