I have tried calling the store multiple times for assistance and they never pick up. This is poor customer service.
I too have a negative experience to share about this Sam’s Club location; specifically the cafe.
I am also disabled just as the person was in the review last posted about this cafe location.
The lady working was extremely rude to me from the start.
I was stared at while I was confused.
