“This is my go to Starbucks as it is right down the street from my house. Everyone who works at the Timberlake store is so friendly and hard working! They have hands down some of the best customer service in all of Lynchburg! My drinks are always accurate and delicious. I can always get through the drive thru quickly even when there is a line. Keep up the great work guys!! :)“

“Today I made a mistake while I ordering my fav, vanilla brown sugar cold foam, I had to admit it too when I got there and seen my drink. I accidentally clicked lavender cold foam instead of sure but with coffee and brown sugar cream! It didn’t even look good, I thought, Lord oh no! However, I explained what happened to a very kind lady by the name of Jordan, she remade my drink for me with no problem at all! I thank God for people like Jordan, I was totally beating myself up for making a mistake and honestlynot in the predicament where I can just spend frivolously. Jordan made my day! “While you may have to wait a while for your order the staff is very nice. They often have to deal with many, many students at a time yet they handle the stress and load very well. For a busy Starbucks they do quite well. Only issue is they often run out of certain ingredients due to having so many customers in a day.“

“This place changed my life. Before coming to America my family only could afford one water a day. But when I found out the coffee at Starbucks was so cheap and luxuriously yummy, I realized I could be happy forever. I’ve never been to a better coffe shop. “I had a Starbucks gift card and wanted to try something different. So I pulled out to the drive thru and asked for them to make me a fun drink. When I got to the window they had made a 12 oz sweet ice coffee that was super good. They gave me the drink for free and it made my day. “I absolutely loved this Starbucks. I just got back from there and am so happy I went. The lady who helped me was SO sweet. I went in with a "Secret Menu" order and felt so bad because I know it puts more work on them, but she was amazing. I felt better than when I came in. She made the drink perfectly; it tastes amazing. “It was a nice store inside. Staff was friendly. The person who made most of the drinks didn't say people's names loud enough and most drinks would sit there for a while because people didn't realize their coffee was ready. Many places to sit. Everything is concrete so sounds travels a great deal in the store so hard to have a private conversation“
