Starbucks in Roanoke

“This is my favorite Starbucks in the area. The drive thru line is sometimes quite long but usually moves along steadily. The baristas here are SO nice. I swear they have a conspiracy to compliment my sunglasses every time. And they make consistently the best tasting drinks in my opinion (I mean I like it so much I'm leaving a review for a Starbucks...) I had the best sweet cream nitro cold brew here just recently. Love this Starbucks 😭😭“

“I live in Roanoke and everytime I head to my mom's house in Richmond I always stop at this Starbucks. It's right off of 64 and very convenient. Bathrooms are clean and they have toilet seat covers in case that means anything to anyone. Service is good. Then I'm right back on 64.“

“I work in sales, and my business has me traveling through the Tidewater area as well as Roanoke and it's surrounding communities. This Starbucks is, without question, the best I've visited. Whoever is managing this location is doing a great job training staff to give top notch customer service. Every staff member I have spoken with has been warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. I am always treated well, and that is rare these days. Great job, everyone!“

“This is probably my favorite starbucks location in Roanoke. The staff is always wonderful and they make the best tasting drinks, especially the americanos. I’m picky on the taste of espresso and I’ve never had a complaint here! I wish I lived closer. The note was an extra cute touch too 🍵“

“I’m always in the Valley View Starbucks getting my usual—literally everyone knows me and my kids by our first names. I love the staff there. It’s so funny because this Starbucks really feels like family.
I stopped in this morning while watching my brother, Pastor Tim, speak online at Growth Church in Fredericksburg, Virginia, and it was so cool to share that moment with them.“

“I do enjoy frequenting this starbucks. The employees are all super friendly and I always get my order correctly and on-time. The service I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 not because of the employees themselves as they are great, but the wait can be kind of long. I honestly think that they just need more help is all. Beyond that, no complaints!“

“The staff here go above and beyond. While in line for the drive-thru my daughter got car sick so we ended up having to pull out of line and get her cleaned up. The staff saw us out the window and brought out our drinks along with water for my daughter and supplies to get her cleaned up. Nothing can beat the kindness of strangers; thank you for showing care and generosity.“

“Let me start by saying I do work fairly close to this location therefore I guess you could consider me a ‘regular’ when I am in office. The staff is always pleasant and when things have been wrong in the past there have been no issues with getting them switched out and or fixed. Additionally, this location offers mini samples of both food and drinks for customers to try — sometimes & no this is not upon request. The team works together effectively to ensure that the job is done when I have been in the store — both packed & as the only customer in there. They have a wide selection of merchandise available for purchase and most of the time things are on sale as well. Although this is not a corporate store and does not always offer the same menu items as others they still have a good variety of options available.
Before bashing the location and or workers
— ask to speak with a manager perhaps they are easy to talk to and as previously stated I have had no issues with my interactions with them.“

“First time drinking coffee and it was a good time. The service was amazing and they helped me choose with patience and complimented my shirt. It was nice and the drink was good but a bit bitter. I got white chocolate mocha and my friends got a venti of the dragonfruit refresher. It was good and cozy atmosphere.“
