Starbucks in Roanoke

“This is my favorite Starbucks in the area. The drive thru line is sometimes quite long but usually moves along steadily. The baristas here are SO nice. I swear they have a conspiracy to compliment my sunglasses every time. And they make consistently the best tasting drinks in my opinion (I mean I like it so much I'm leaving a review for a Starbucks...) I had the best sweet cream nitro cold brew here just recently. Love this Starbucks 😭😭“

“Love the vibe of this particular Starbucks. First timer but I might have to start coming regularly, the staff is extremely friendly and the drinks are good. I got a cold brew, Addy was very kind and recommended the drink, the drink was made quickly. The bathrooms are very clean which was appreciated. Some starbucks in roanoke seriously lack cleanliness but not this one, even the lobby looked freshly swept. Nice job.“

“I visited this Starbucks on Hershberger Road for the first time. I had just been shopping at BJ's Wholesale Club, and it was so hot outside that I figured an iced coffee drink was in order. I enjoyed my drink and the air conditioning! The staff was friendly and helpful, and the shop was clean and comfortable. I'll definitely be back!“

“My barista was very nice and talkative. I enjoyed briefly chatting with her as she made my drink, which tasted great. I think her name was Elyssa, or something similar. It’s a nice and cozy little location and I always enjoy getting a small treat before grabbing my groceries :) ☕️“

“The service here is always outstanding! Josh greeted me with a smile and handled a large, last‑minute order perfectly. This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations in town. I truly appreciate the entire staff—they’ve consistently treated me with kindness.“

“Let me start by saying I do work fairly close to this location therefore I guess you could consider me a ‘regular’ when I am in office. The staff is always pleasant and when things have been wrong in the past there have been no issues with getting them switched out and or fixed. Additionally, this location offers mini samples of both food and drinks for customers to try — sometimes & no this is not upon request. The team works together effectively to ensure that the job is done when I have been in the store — both packed & as the only customer in there. They have a wide selection of merchandise available for purchase and most of the time things are on sale as well. Although this is not a corporate store and does not always offer the same menu items as others they still have a good variety of options available.
Before bashing the location and or workers
— ask to speak with a manager perhaps they are easy to talk to and as previously stated I have had no issues with my interactions with them.“

“First time drinking coffee and it was a good time. The service was amazing and they helped me choose with patience and complimented my shirt. It was nice and the drink was good but a bit bitter. I got white chocolate mocha and my friends got a venti of the dragonfruit refresher. It was good and cozy atmosphere.“
