Starbucks in Lynchburg

“Ok so I rarely write reviews but I really felt compelled to write this. I am a medical student and have been going to Starbucks on Timberlake for the past 2 years to study multiple times a week. The workers at this store are genuinely some of the best workers I’ve ever seen, and I don’t say that lightly. Whether it’s acknowledging you when you walk in or leave the store, asking for a refill or any other request, etc., they always do it with a smile on their face and with genuine care. I’ve seen them work under extremely busy circumstances (usually Sundays haha), yet somehow they still manage to keep their smiles, compliment customers, and work so efficiently in both the drive through and in-store under such stressful moments. There’s a reason they have consistent regulars that come back on pretty much a daily basis, and it has been my favorite place to study in Lynchburg. I honestly could not highlight any one particular worker because they are ALL SO wonderful! I just love how friendly and intentional they are with every person that walks in; both regulars and people they don’t know. Incredible customer service, speed, cleanliness, store hours, etc etc. Seriously couldn’t talk highly enough about this store and their workers!“

“While you may have to wait a while for your order the staff is very nice. They often have to deal with many, many students at a time yet they handle the stress and load very well. For a busy Starbucks they do quite well. Only issue is they often run out of certain ingredients due to having so many customers in a day.“

“I had a Starbucks gift card and wanted to try something different. So I pulled out to the drive thru and asked for them to make me a fun drink. When I got to the window they had made a 12 oz sweet ice coffee that was super good. They gave me the drink for free and it made my day. So thank you so much Starbucks y’all are the best and happy holidays to you!!“

“This place changed my life. Before coming to America my family only could afford one water a day. But when I found out the coffee at Starbucks was so cheap and luxuriously yummy, I realized I could be happy forever. I’ve never been to a better coffe shop. No other coffee can compare when it comes to customer service. My friend needed a job and the cashier literally got him one there. I will forever be grateful for the time they saved my drink from death by floor by diving to save it from destruction. But alas, I have moved on to another coffee shop because I had to move. But I will always remember this specific Starbucks as a staple of excellence and joy in my life. it was so well kept I felt like I could just take off my shoes and lie down in the glimmer. “I absolutely loved this Starbucks. I just got back from there and am so happy I went. The lady who helped me was SO sweet. I went in with a "Secret Menu" order and felt so bad because I know it puts more work on them, but she was amazing. I felt better than when I came in. She made the drink perfectly; it tastes amazing. Whoever that girl was deserves a reward.“

“Anna D knocked it out of the park today! My wife and I came in late afternoon today and the place was packed inside and same for the drive through. Somehow, Anna was able to take care of us quickly and juggle many things at once, well. Her service and hospitality was exemplary! Drinks were also amazingly tasty!
