“While you may have to wait a while for your order the staff is very nice. They often have to deal with many, many students at a time yet they handle the stress and load very well. For a busy Starbucks they do quite well. Only issue is they often run out of certain ingredients due to having so many customers in a day.“

“Stopped by after an Amazon return through UPS. The barista was great and able to explain that I need to order a traditional Macchiato as a “traditional “ or “coffeehouse “ Macchiato in order to get the espresso/ foam version that I prefer rather than the Starbucks branded Macchiato. She made one up for me and it was somewhere between wonderful and divine.“
“I absolutely loved this Starbucks. I just got back from there and am so happy I went. The lady who helped me was SO sweet. I went in with a "Secret Menu" order and felt so bad because I know it puts more work on them, but she was amazing. I felt better than when I came in. She made the drink perfectly; it tastes amazing. “I study at this location at least twice a week. They do a great job always handing out free samples and they always have water on hand. This is my favorite Starbucks in the Lynchburg area. Luke and Grace are super friendly. Luke greets everyone who walks in and is always smiling. I love this Starbucks being my third place.“
