Starbucks in Radford

“I had a wonderful experience the past two days with this location. An employee (Sofi/Sophie, sorry if I did not spell that correctly!) was so pleasant, and helped me when I accidently ordered a drink to the wrong location. It was more than I expected, and they were so kind. It is clear Sofi/Sophie truly cares about people and their experience, and works very hard to make people's drinks accurately and timely as well! Thank you :)“

“GPS/google is WRONG.. It takes you to someones house.. Starbucks is located in cbhs building on campus across from the muse building (the huge building with the clock) long line here , as usual because students are in. But the workers are doing their best to get us in and out. The guy I spoke to on the phone was awesome , so so so helpful and friendly! Highly reccommend .“
