All I had to do was make a phone call and the lady who had made the mistake immediately offered to make me a new sandwich. She was very sweet and helpful and it was overall just a great experience despite the mistake.“

Sandwich maker and manager both were friendly and helpful.At this Subway, they always do what they can to make the subs the way you want them and never complain about special requests. Rarely have to explain any custom orders.Clean restaurant with plenty of seating, although I almost always get my order to go.Vegetarian options: Salads and veggie sandwiches. All made to order with a variety of veggies to choose from. Always fresh and delicious.“
“This Subway is clean, and is pretty fast. I came by to get three subs and was in and out within fifteen despite there being a line upon my arrival. They also seem to be taking appropriate safety measures during the pandemic. Looking forward to returning.“
“Subway is a great place for healthy fast food options. I got a delicious sweet onion chicken teriyaki salad for lunch. I was very pleased with. The only thing I wasn't happy about was that I heard the employees saying that they were trying to do away with the Seafood salad at that location and possibly company wide. Personally I hope that they reconsider that and keep it on the menu.“
“Nice subway shop with good classic subway sandwiches. Normally, it is not very busy, which is nice. There are plenty of options for an average price. The is plenty of empty seating too. It is coonviently located near other shops and stores along Timberlake road. It is definitely not perfect, but it is good.“
“Absolutely pleasant experience yesterday at this location. Dee was a joy to be around and she was very kind. I was having a rough day and she definitely helped with that. I got pretzels and a drink. “This Subway is really great, but if you want to LEAVE A TIP AT ANY SUBWAY, DO NOT DO IT ON THE CARD READER GIVE IT IN CASH!!! My friends daughter works at a Subway and they ask if you want to give a tip on the card reader, but it never goes to the person making your sandwich. It goes for things like bread that has to be thrown out or meat which goes bad, etc!! What a rip-off!! That’s the price you figure in when you run a business, don’t take it away from the people who actually work and make your sandwiches!! If you do have to do it, don’t call it a tip, cuz that’s a lie, call it a spoilage fee or something. SMH!“
