Excellent wines and people here! The steel Chardonnay is delish as well as the ? Rosé. Wonderful afternoon with wine flights under the shade tree surrounded by soybean fields and vineyards. So quiet and we loved it.
We had a very good experience here. We had the full tasting of their 2 whites (both Chardonnays, Rose and 3 reds which uncle's a Merlot, Cab Franc and a blend. We enjoyed them and then bought a bottle of the oak barrel Chardonnay and a bottle of the red blend. They offer two types of fresh baked bread which are both delicious. For years we have found a lovely and delicious welcome and such a peaceful setting here at Chatham. Jonathan's wines have been consistently fabulous with each year offering its own nuances. And there are a host of treats during the year - like live music - and most recently, we enjoyed Eastern Shore Oysters with our wine and rustic bread and aged gouda! It's always worth the trek from Suffolk.
