Bought $60 in food waited for 20 minutes in the drive thru, ordered a $20 fill up meal and a 12pc tender bucket and got no gravy. Drove back there to find drive thru wrapped around building, knocked on the door girl comes out and says I bagged that order and put 1 gravy in the bag. The food is disgusting. I’m not sure if they keep everything in a warmer for hours but even the mac n cheese was burnt just on top. The chicken had so much breading on it. I think they cooked it, then (a unknown time later) re-breaded it and cooked it again. It was also burnt dry to the point I had to throw it in the trash.
