Anita's New Mexico Style Mexican Food offers good Mexican food with fresh tortillas, tasty chicken, and lovely, fluffy rice. Chips are crisp and salted perfectly. The breakfast burritos are delicious and reasonably priced, and the biscuit & sausage gravy has always been a good go-to with a spot-on taste and portion. The Salsa Rosa is Fire Roasted with a particular taste, though some prefer the Pico de Gallo. However, to-go orders beware, as stuff is frequently missing, like paid extras or parts of the order. The guacamole should be avoided; it is grocery store quality at insanely high prices, including a poorly made pint and bag of chips for $20. The food is almost all covered in the same red chile sauce, which tastes like grocery store taco sauce, making for an overpowering yet bland meal. The staff are super, and the service is good. The inside is clean, comfortable, and appropriately festive. Parking is generous and easy.
