“I have visited many Macdonald's, and I have always had the bad impression that they are very dirty, but this one in Manassas IS VERY CLEAN, THEY CLEAN THE TABLES CONSTANTLY, IT FEELS A CLEAN AND NICE ENVIRONMENT, EVEN THE BATHROOMS ARE CLEAN, THE STAFF VERY FRIENDLY, VI A YOUNG WOMAN WHO WAS CLEANING THE TABLES, UNTIL BEING EMPATHIC AND KIND TO AN ELDERLY MAN, RAN TO OPEN THE DOOR FOR HIM👏👏 THIS IS A MACDONALD DIFFERENT THAN THE OTHERS TODAY 10/30/2024 .9:30 AM“

“Kudos to the employees working yesterday. It was Thanksgiving and I needed to pick up some food for a relative. There wasn't hardly anything open that I could find after 7 pm. Most places close by 6 pm. I drove by and had to turn around. Got in a short line and placed my order. The employee was very nice. At the pickup window the employee handed me the bag and wished me a happy holiday!“
“Food are not hot except coffee manager running around like chicken without a head .waiting is more than 25 minutes and bag content are set sloppy fries all over the paper bag pickle seems to taste old from yesterday left over and onion is not fully hydrated buns are cold“

“Came in the other night to sit down and have something to eat and was having issues with the kiosk. Dalton, the manager, assisted me at the counter and was a breath of fresh air after a long day traveling. He was very kind, accommodating, and helped me place my order without the annoying machine. He did everything with a smile on his face and was extremely polite. I would love to stop in here again to tell him how much he helped after a stressful day“
