2 of the 4 pizzas were still warm after the two hours it took to get them to us. The delivery person was sweet and apologized profusely, making me give 2 stars instead of the one that the management is trying to earn. The previous time we ordered from this Papa John's, it took 1.5 hours, so it was not a one-off event. I have always had a good experience with this Papa John’s location. The food is always well put together and fresh, the service is always friendly, accommodating, and prompt. I enjoy ordering from here and will continue to do so in the future.

I'm so used to being about to order a pizza online and it be ready by the time I get there. We'll it never crossed my mind that it would take longer than the quoted time. They gave time at around 48 minutes. Though I that that was a long time so I dawdle and got the 5 minutes after quoted time. The female at the register said another 20 minutes.
