This was our first time at a Chopstix location. The portions were very generous for the price. Food was served fresh and hot with flavor to match your expectations. I have been to Chopstix many times since it has opened and I've found either very good food, or just average food but for $$$. This took over an old Ryan's Buffet, so it is gigantic. So much space for a lot of people. The best time to come in my experience is on Monday for half price sushi. It is usually fantastic. This particular endeavor was just average across the board. Vegetarians beware! All their sauces, even the ones in the vegetarian section, are made with either beef or chicken bouillon. There are a couple of maki rolls that are vegan, but not a place I would recommend for vegetarians, due to the misleading menu. Staff were really nice and at least one was knowledgeable about the menu. Technically they CAN accommodate vegan/vegetarian diet, but don't try to just order off the menu.
