Arby's serves wonderful roast beef and curly fries, with great service from a dedicated team. The two ladies working together efficiently and courteously, despite being busy, left a positive impression. However, the drive-through server lacked warmth and friendliness, in contrast to the exceptional service provided by a polite and respectful young employee inside. The overall experience at Arby's is marked by delicious food and a mix of service quality.
