Food is unbelievable for their prices. All original family recipes that taste divine. We love the sauce and how everything is cooked fresh. It isn't overcooked or stale, it's fresh and you can taste it. Rice is excellent. Not mushy at all. Overall, very happy and will be coming back for more.
This hasn't been my first visit to Tokyo Express. It's a pretty charming local eatery with some average food and good prices. My meal for this particular visit was hot, came quick, but wasn't overly flavorful. Broccoli was very crunchy. Carrots and rice were good, and the soba was great. Service was very nice!
Overall, it's a pretty easy place to get in and out of and is a nice oriental eatery in a region that doesn't have very many.

It was a little warm inside the restaurant. But it was 96 outside. You order up front and then sit and your food is brought out to you. It was good and the waitress was really nice.
