If someone had asked me prior to today if I recommended Fluffy Thoughts, I would have said yes in a heartbeat as they did our wedding and grooms cake, birthday and holiday cakes, and holiday pies over several years. After today - absolutely not! Previous loyalty means nothing. They have zero customer service now and will not give you the time of day at the slightest miscommunication.
