Without a doubt the best meal I’ve had in my life. I don’t know whether to rave more about the food, service, or ambience because I️ am now forever obsessed with all three. Modan Restaurant offers an excellent experience with fantastic sushi and next level food and service. The atmosphere is great and not too loud with a DJ. Guests recommend getting dry age sushi and wagyu, and the Tomahawk is a must. The food is outstanding, with everything on the menu worth the money in terms of taste, and everything beautifully and carefully plated to be very colorful and visually appealing. The service is exquisite and attentive all throughout the night, with extensive knowledge of the menu. The staff is always amazing at suggestions and the entire staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The hospitality makes the evening feel genuinely special. Other items mentioned include the mango cocktail, Modan Lobster Roll, yellowtail jalapeno, salmon carpaccio, mixed green salad, and teba wings. Everything tastes really fresh and the quality is great. The lobster roll topped with caviar is a highlight. Modan is highly recommended for anyone looking for a chic upscale dinner or a fun happy hour with delicious food, and it is worth visiting.
