Great food, well priced and amazing cheesecake.But the real star is the service - everyone was polite, courteous and professional, and especially the manager Chris really deserves a raise.I lost my laptop over the weekend and couldn’t find it, I had been to multiple places that day and didn’t know where I left it. I got a message from Chris via LinkedIn on Monday letting me know they had my laptop.I mean Wow! They went through the trouble to find me and reach out and let me know. I never thought I was going to see my laptop again, but the manager and his team made the effort to find me and ensure I got it back. I’ve never met someone more dedicated to their customers and he really represented the store well.I will be back there more often now ! Always knew the food was good, but even better to know really great people work there

The food was okay. The service was a little slow. They had a lot of empty tables. There was a time when you went after 5 P.M., you had to wait 45 minutes. We only waited 15 minutes. I think CF is going down hill.

Beware!!!!!!! My friend's phone was stolen from this location. We left it on the table and went back 5 mins later, table was cleaned, and the staff didn't know anything about it. We found that it was turned off when we know it was turned on 5 mins ago. So, it was deliberately taken and turned off. The people sitting at the table were accommodating and tried to help us find the phone.

Cheesecake Factory is great but I think their menu needs some updating with some new items. The buffalo wings looked like they came out a freezer bag from the grocery store with the smallest little wings possible for $15. This used to be my go to appetizer, but not anymore. The calamari was good and its a decent portion for $15. I ordered the chicken Parmesan pizza which to my surprise was good and looked interesting when it arrived to our table. Waiter was amazing and very attentive. This location has limited parking during peak times so we did circle a few times before finding a spot. The manager even ran out to the parking lot because I forgot my phone. Thank you for that!!!! Because of her I’ll give this place a 5 star. You can’t beat customer service ;)

Disappointed food dry steak and the manager said you can choose another plate because we can’t do anything with this carnita asada sorry and the other plates were above $ 30

I ordered a couple of entrees online to pick up at the restaurant. I went to pick it up at the time the system suggested my order would be ready. When I got there, a rude lady asked me if I got a text message stating that my order was ready. I said no. She quickly said that it is not ready. She didn't even check. I waited 25 minutes for the text message that never came. I asked another person to please check. My order was ready all along by the cash registers. Rude ladies didn't even check. Bad customer service!

Recently, we had an outstanding dining experience at The Cheesecake Factory. The food was scrumptious, and the service was exceptional. The restaurant itself is beautiful and provides a pleasant atmosphere to enjoy a meal. Unfortunately, we were too full to try their famous cheesecake for dessert, but we look forward to indulging in it next time.
