Marcia was an amazing waitress , very attentive, very sweet, I was very happy with the service. The flavor was amazing. They accommodated my friend and I and we had the best food and amazing time.
I ordered a couple of entrees online to pick up at the restaurant. I went to pick it up at the time the system suggested my order would be ready. When I got there, a rude lady asked me if I got a text message stating that my order was ready. I said no. She quickly said that it is not ready. She didn't even check. Cheesecake Factory is great but I think their menu needs some updating with some new items. The buffalo wings looked like they came out a freezer bag from the grocery store with the smallest little wings possible for $15. This used to be my go to appetizer, but not anymore. The calamari was good and its a decent portion for $15. I ordered the chicken Parmesan pizza which to my surprise was good and looked interesting when it arrived to our table.
