PAUL is a French bakery offering superb food and a nice ambiance. While the service can be indifferent and curt at times, the pastries and sandwiches are a highlight. Note that they don't accept cash and have a peculiar approach to napkin distribution. Despite some inconsistencies, PAUL remains a popular spot, especially for those in the Tyson's area.
