Everything is excellent, the food and the coffee. I really admire the staff, the baristas, and the managers for their patience and dedication with certain customers (some of whom are very rude). I spent about two hours observing, and most of the people who didn't speak English very well were extremely rude to the staff. I think people should be more understanding with them.

Ladies at the front are somewhat friendly however they CANNOT make a Cappuccino to save their lives. I always try when I’m out at Tyson’s but I’m done. Tastes burnt and bitter YUCKO. Also the restaurant needs a really good clean.

I gave it 3 stars because i always have good service and quality. However i came here this morning i got questioned very rudely and an attitude from a staff member. It also took very long to make an easy coffee.
