My wife and I didn't even dine in the restaurant. We just came to browse the menu but I want to highlight the General Manager of this Cheesecake Factory I believe her name started with an A. She was dealing with a very unruly and rude customer and she handled it with so much grace and tact. My wife and I could see how erratic the customer was acting and the general manager handled it with such poise and professionalism.

Went to Tyson's corner mall to shop on this day and decided to eat at Cheesecake Factory. The restaurant wasn't too crowded at the time we went. Hostess was nice and we got seated. It was a shift change of the servers so our initial server only took our order and then she stated that another server would be serving us the rest of the way. They let us in even though we were technically late and one member of our party wasn't there yet. The wait for the food wasn't that long and our server Lorena had excellent energy! She was very attentive and made sure we got all of our items ❤ Less expensive than I remember.
