Beautiful organic meat, amicable and helpful staff, this place is an absolute must if you have Great-Pyrenees/Livestock Guardians and other large breed working and family dogs, that are fed homemade food with supplements! We drive here from our family farm to purchase organic meats from this extensive and well-curated selection to use in the organic meat and veggie stews we feed our canines that we live for and that live and work and dedicate, loyally and unfailingly, their beautiful lives to us and the safety of our family and farm. Worth every pretty-penny and by-and-large far more affordable than some organic butchers on the West Coast. Do not hesitate to frequent this business! We are vegans but our animals all get species-appropriate diets, also great for dinner parties wherein some guests eat meat. DROP everything and go now ? ❤️.

We had the most amazing ribeye steak for our 9-year anniversary, and my husband did an incredible job grilling it! The steak was cooked to perfection – juicy, tender, and full of rich flavor. Each bite was melt-in-your-mouth delicious, with just the right amount of seasoning and char from the grill. It was the perfect way to celebrate our special day. Kudos to organic Butcher or McLean for providing my husband the steak and my husbands grilling talent on making such a memorable meal!

I like this place. Organic chicken that they air tight wrap and measure for you. Friendly staff too.

When I visited the store, they did not have any prices on their display case. I asked for pricing information, and the gentleman at the counter was flippant about it. Organic and grass-fed meats are wonderful, but they are expensive. It was very difficult to shop here since there was no pricing information. I'm not a fan of spending my money blindly, so I don't expect to go back.

The best butcher store. Not only the products are the best but also every single person working there is friendly, hard-working, and professional. Their products are always fresh, and very good quality. It is a pleasure to shop there.

Probably the best quality meat I’ve ever purchased from a store. The NY Strips only needed the famous organic butcher rub, and I’d put that steak up against any top restaurant steak that would cost $100. Highly recommend!

We have ordered high quality beef from out of state. But I can assure you there is no need to do so. The Organic Butcher of McLean is the finest! They sell only the best, and are very knowledgeable while assisting the customers what to purchase. This is your old-fashion Butcher! Don’t buy from just anywhere, when you can go to the McLean Butcher.Our kids have a taste for the best quality too - and aren’t satisfied if the meat is purchased elsewhere-:)

Great place for quality meat! I picked up a skirt steak and made delicious carne asada. I’ll definitely be back.
