The atmosphere and customer service here is so friendly and welcoming! The man who helped me was very capable and even offered to vacuum seal or bag ice the wagyu I purchased. It was my first time here and the line was out the door but it moved quickly. Can’t wait to enjoy the wagyu for Father’s Day tomorrow and would definitely return

We've been shopping at the Organic Butcher for years and have never had a bad experience. The one and only time the shop made a mistake with our order, they immediately corrected the issue by having a replacement cut sent to us within 30 minutes via Uber. Incredible customer service and fantastic seafood.

The quality of the meat here is outstanding and there's true expertise behind the counter - their advice on selectiion and cooking has always been helpful. Their prices are reasonable, generally no more or less than Whole Foods.. And I really like their rewards program. All-in-all a real winner.
