Went tonight, met the owner at the door. I was very impress and can see why it's so popular. Servers were all very nice. Food was great and reasonably priced. Got the short rib which was excellent as were the pomme puree with it. Inside was very nice and had a good selection on the menu. Almost got the pasta but glad I did not. great local restaurant and bar in mclean! live music on sunday for brunch was so peaceful (ana sofia). we had the chicken sandwich and Caesar salad with steak! So delicious- collin was a great!
Came here for a family and friends dinner with a group of 13 and I have to say — this place delivered on every level. Getting food out flawlessly for a large group like ours is no small feat, but the kitchen nailed it. Every dish came out right, and the service was absolutely top notch from start to finish. Town Kitchen & Bar is a great addition to McLean, VA. The restaurant has a very welcoming, cozy, and elegantly elevated space, perfect for a date night spot, happy hour with friends, or family gatherings. The ambience is exceptional, with a tasteful decor and a great bar. The food is absolutely delicious, with a large selection of wines and cocktails. The menu offers American style fare, with dishes like the house Cesar salad, pupusas, spinach artichoke dip, NY strip, Fettuccine lobster dish, and calamari. The staff is lovely and the service is nice, with a full service bar and happy hour prices that are a great value. The restaurant is clean, warm, and comfortable, with a white tablecloth ambiance and parking available. Although it is still new and has some room for improvement, the owners and staff care immensely about their establishment and community, making it a great spot to visit and return to.
