There a couple weeks ago. They only had two gentlemen working. Got a large Grandma’s bbq sandwich and it wasn’t what it used to be. Cold large bun had cool bbq that I couldn’t hardly see under the large pile of coleslaw. The one cook in the back must not understand the the large bbq is supposed to have more meat than the regular sandwich. I asked before about the amount and was told the large has more meat, not just bigger bun. It will be a while before or if I go back....read full review
Growing up in North Carolina, one becomes convinced that has the best pork BBQ anywhere....Carter's is as good as any I've had...excellent BBQ, sides, and banana pudding.

Great food but the service is lacking.When I asked about how long my order would take the very sweaty guy said “that depends on the cook.” Really man?For the $15 for a single meal the value isn’t worth it as good as it was.
