I have given up on this location it is the worst! Never gets order right, unless you go in, always out of items, small portions, half of what other stores give. They need to close, and hroe entire new team and train them, it is ridiculous! By the way I love chipotle but not this location it is horrible
Last night after encountering a horrid experience, one of the workers followed me outside and verbally assaulted me after I reported her to the ill involved manager (Shamelle) on duty. Outside, the issue escalated as she was threatening me, calling me foul names and basically chased me to my car in a violent manner. Portions are very small ordered a bowl with chicken had three small pieces in it and they left out the sour cream order a large chip for 8.00 it was less than a half of bag and chips where stale. Order a burrito it fit in the palm of my hand. The portion size is super small and not worth the price and to not put meat is ridiculous.
