I stopped by for a double shot espresso. The wonderful young lady behind the counter was so cheerful. Offered an up-sale of something to eat. Then recommended their egg sandwich, which was one of the best I have had. I didn't need anything to eat, but she was nice I truly enjoyed every moment of the experience. Thank you for a great start to my day.
I’m the biggest coffee snob. I only drink black coffee and I judge all coffee shops on their black coffee. If that’s good, all of the rest is good. Common Grounds in middleburg has some of the best black coffee I have ever had. It’s smooth and dark, not bitter but strong. Perfect coffee flavor, without anything else. Dang, they hit a home run. This brew can stand toe to toe with any coffee from Europe or South America
Its a great vibe, felt like the staff was overwhelmed with the kitchen when I came by. Wish there was a bigger spot for the food staff. But all vibe and the BLT I had was really good and hit the spot.
