Based on the reviews, Mt. Defiance Cidery & Distillery is an amazing place with great service and super tasty drinks. The ciders are delicious, exceptional, and crafted with real intention and care. The spirits are impressive, with the sherry bourbon described as dreamy, and the bourbon, amaretto, and gin are also really good. The absinthe service was unique and fun. The setting alone is enough to take your breath away, with rolling hills and a charming property. The space is both classy and welcoming, with a wood-burning fireplace, gorgeous interior, and lovely outdoor areas. It is dog-friendly and perfect for families. The charcuterie board was great, and the staff are warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. The venue is also an amazing wedding venue with a gorgeous interior and serene ceremony area. It is a place that brings people together and creates real memories.
