I had the absolute best experience at this venue! I recently worked an event here, and Haley and Tiffany were the closers for the evening. They are both incredibly wonderful, professional, and friendly ladies to work alongside! I was so impressed that I actually came back on my day off with my family. Mt. Defiance is a really beautiful venue with an impressive timber-frame building, high ceilings, skylights, and a cozy atmosphere. They offer a nice variety of ciders, wines, and cocktails, so there’s something for everyone.

We visited on a Wednesday and found the service to be a little slow, although the staff was friendly. We had the chicken Cesar wrap and turkey sandwich, which were both alright, basic.. The cocktails were definitely a highlight!...

Ive been eyeing and curious about Mt. Defiance's Amaretto at my local ABC store in Culpeper and today I walk and their sales Rep for the distillery! 'Vesper'

Me and another customer wound up buying a bottle each after chatting and tasting with
Ms.Vesper!

She was knowledgeable about the ingredients and the distilling processes of all the products so big shout out for representing the brand to the max and very well!
