This smaller location downtown is convenient for grabbing a delicious cider while exploring beautiful Middleburg. The lovely lady helping us was patient and gave us great recommendations. I had the Shandy. It was light and refreshing! Seating inside and out, clean restrooms.
Went to Middleburg from Harper's Ferry WV specifically to check out Mt. Defiance for my birthday with several friends. The Cider Barn was large and accommodating. I had a strawberry slush and tasted many of the other ciders they had from friend's flights. I'm not a super fan of dry cider, but they had plenty of other options as well. Not a cider person, but the flights surprised me with their quality, taste variety, and quantity (I’m a lightweight). My husband got one of the whiskey flights and loved it. Cool little atmosphere made it just separate enough from their barn less than a mile down the street.
