The history is very cool. It was something to be drinking at a tavern that was established in the mid 1700s. The Inn itself is showing it's age. Our room had cracked walls, sinking floors and very uncomfortable bed and pillows. Our bartender Justin was great and chef Amanda's food was delicious.
Just recently had my wedding at the Wayside Inn. I can't express what an absolute joy it was to work with Bill and Amanda. They made my wedding so easy and stress free. From their professionalism in having everything laid out including multiple options to Bill offering to officiate and MC the event. It's truly an all in one venue. We only stayed one night but wish we could have stayed more!
Owner provided a level 1 charger for our electric vehicle, and the dogs were very happy with all the wonderful smells from the restaurant.
