Can't remember the last time I got what I ordered... Chick-fil-A as a company has always impressed me with their customer service but even with their guidelines to follow this one falls short everytime. From mediocre staff, always having to pull up and park when going through the drive thru, never getting my order 100% correct, I am done giving this one second chances. ill just carry my wallet down to Winterpock where they are annoying nice and accurate!
Went through drive through tonight and ordered 5 meals for my family and was shorted 4 or the 5 orders of fries. I called back to see how they could fix it and I was told I needed to prove that I was shorted the fries like I was being dishonest after spending almost $50 for my family for dinner so I asked for another “manager” and the next manager basically offered to replace missing fries and I would still have to come back to get them whether it was tonight or another day....read full review
