Dunkin' Donuts in Midlothian

“Noticed Dunkin’ is now doing the same thing Starbucks does — holding the card reader out and asking for a tip. Honestly, it feels a bit out of place for a quick-service donut shop. I’m all for supporting great service, but the tipping prompt slows down a grab-and-go stop and doesn’t quite fit the Dunkin’ vibe. My drink was good though.“

“these are some of the most friendly staff I have seen at a Dunkin or any fast food restaurant for that matter. As a returning customer so many of the employees know what im getting already which makes it such an inviting place to be at, while there can be times where the wait can be long the only reason for that is because of how understaffed they are, but honestly thats the only complaint that i have and thats out of their control, a very clean store, modern and sleek, and amazing customer service you can tell they make sure to train people on that :)“

“I use to frequent this location and it would be problem after problem so I stopped. But recently I started coming again and the service is amazing and my mobile order is always ready when needed. Today my drive thru service from Jahmel (hopefully I spelled it right) was spectacular and I really appreciated him!“

“I have despised going to this particular location for years due to terrible service. Our company put in an order for a large event and I was extremely concerned when I realized that the order was placed at this location.I was pleasantly surprised when I went to pick the order up Saturday morning and everything was ready. Tara, the new general manager was completely on top of her game as well as the staff that helped carry everything out to my car. I am glad that Duncan has finally found the right manager to turn that store around. I highly recommend giving them another chance under the new leadership of Tara.“
