The food was excellent once we got it. We ordered and were told by the friendly staff that our order would be ready in 5-10 minutes. We checked back 3 times and it was not ready. An hour later, we received our food. The food was excellent and it was hot, just not ready.
Ordered two pizzas and m&m brownies. Paid online. When I got there I was told they don't have the brownies, ok no big deal I get inventory updates don't always happen in realtime.What was frustrating though was getting home, opening the pizzas, and finding that they weren't completely cooked.Having to spend another 25 minutes cooking then in my own oven so we could eat wasn't part of the plan and is a huge disappointment. The food was really good but we had to wait a bit for our food. We didn't order ahead but we will next time. We ordered two pizzas but they weren't prepared at the same time, which cause a little bit of wait.
