Was looking forward to a surf and turf, they are advertising Lobster fest! When we tried to order, was told they were out of the steak but could upgrade it for $7 more. We should not have to pay for an upgrade if you are out of the regular item. Either take it off the menu, or you take the loss. So we got a different meal, pick 2 sides, ok, mashed potato, "sorry out of mashed potato, but we have baked potato" really? do you know how mashed potato is made??? We haven’t been to a
Red Lobster in years and it will be years before we go back. Our diet sodas were all completely flat. So we got different sodas. Those were flat as well. The waitress informed us that she was aware, but the vendor had not fixed their machine. Rather than remove the sodas that we did not drink, we were still charged for them.
