We’ve just moved back home after 11 years of living in Florida. Trying to find the go to Japanese spot had been difficult. The place we went down there seasons their food differently. I know every chef is different in how they cook but ours the other night was very lacking. No butter used on anything. I’ve noticed some places in Florida incorporate garlic and other seasonings in their food other than salt. Service was perfect and the server did his job well. Just lacked seasoning.
There was a very short wait for it being a Saturday night. The food was excellent, we got the teriyaki shrimp and the steak. Both were amazing, portions were a good size too with enough left over for lunch. The service was great! I’m a chugger not a sipper and they were on top of the refills. The chef was great and full of personality! He did great with our age group of 2 years old to 65 years old. I would highly recommend!
