Have owned over 20 years LKA but never visited before. Arrived today at 5pm Sunday and really enjoyed our time. Weather was over cast so temps/breeze nice. Great views, good pub food (Flat bread supreme and jalapeno poppers prepared well and plenty for 2), kiddos, dogs, many local and out of state brews available as well as vehicle parking and boat docking. I have GI issues, no alcohol and knew menu would be an issue for me but was able to get something to eat and drink from coffee...
A nice place to hang out at the lake. Pretty setting on the water with structures for the kids to keep busy and quite the selection of beers on tap. Usually music happening during popular times and was a nice place to sit and wait. Nothing fancy..park benches and stools..and I did not eat while here but they seemed to have a nice snack menu.
We went on a Monday afternoon in November, so it was pretty quiet. But I get the feeling it's a busy place during summer and the weekends. They have an incredible selection of craft beers, ciders, even hard coffee drinks. And most are local. The bartender was informative and helped steer us towards what we like (I highly recommend getting a flight to figure out what you like and going from there).
