About The Lions Den 1837

The Lions Den 1837 is a hidden gem offering excellent food and outstanding service in a wonderfully quiet, relaxed atmosphere. Housed in a registered historical building dating to 1837, it exudes historical charm with dark wood, antiques, and crystal chandeliers, giving an old elegant feel. The menu offers a nice variety of thoughtfully prepared options. Favorites include the bread service with house-made compound butters, the pimento cheese dip, the Burrata Caprese, mussels, and Wagyu appetizers. Main courses like the tender Wagyu flank steak, the delicious salmon with risotto, and the Wagyu NY strip steak are prepared perfectly. Desserts like the Creme Brule top off the meal. The service is fantastic, friendly, informative, and attentive, with staff who deeply care. While prices are high, you get high-end quality food and amazing top-tier service, making it a perfect place for a calm, quality dinner or a special celebration. It is a must-try and a definite return.
