I've ordered dairy Queen's ice cream cakes for my husband's birthday through the years they always did a great job on the design on the cakes but this last time when I got a birthday cake it looked like a kindergartener did the decoration on it. I don't have a picture wish I took one.
The dining room was closed so drive thru was the option. Luckily there were no cars ahead of me so I was able to order, pay and get my food quickly. Service was nice and friendly. Food quality is average but the $6 meals were worth it. Don't forget to order onion rings.

They are currently transitioning to a new restaurant called the Wake Cafe. However, we were able to get our DQ treats. They do have a limited menu, and no "to-go" cakes or frozen treats were in the freezer. Not sure when the last day of it being DQ will be tho!
