The manager ( Delilah) and employee ( Anna) did a fantastic job making my food to perfection and it was delicious in spite of this Hardees being short handed in staffing. Keep ip the good work and I suggest the regional manager acknowledge these 2 employees with a increase in payscale or a very generous visa money card.
I gave this Hardee's a five star because the manager deserves it. We were visiting the area and went inside to find the manager working by her self that morning. She took orders from in side and drive thru, made most of the orders on the prep line then bagged them in a timely manner. She kept her cool when it was busy and some people being people. I think she deserves a raise and hire more staff. She was very friendly under pressure as she was dealing with it. Food was awesome...
Friday 1/2/26 came in for breakfast on a very rare day off. The restaurant was obviously understaffed, i could only see 2 employees, there may have been others, but the 2 i could see were amazing. These ladies need to be recognized and rewarded. Great job. Great breakfast.
