Hardee's is a restaurant that offers convenient access near Highway 81 and features a clean, attractive building. Customers appreciate the friendly and polite staff, especially those working during busy times. Despite being short-staffed at times, the employees often do an excellent job making food, such as breakfast meals and the famous gravy biscuit, with many reviewers highlighting the dedication of specific staff members. One manager, in particular, received high praise for managing the restaurant under pressure, working hard to take orders, prepare food, and keep things running smoothly. Staff members like Anna and another hardworking lady have been recognized for their outstanding service, even when the restaurant is busy and slow service occurs. Customers suggest that these employees deserve recognition and possibly a pay increase for their dedication. Some reviews noted longer wait times and slower service due to staffing shortages, but overall, the food quality remains good, and the atmosphere is clean and welcoming. While there may be occasional issues, such as unusual food presentation or training delays, the hard work and friendliness of the staff make the experience positive. Overall, Hardee's provides tasty food with helpful staff, though improvements in staffing could enhance service speed.
