The Shenandoah Center Cafeteria is perfectly fine for what it’s meant to be—a convenient, no-frills spot to grab food while spending the day at Bryce Resort. There are some decent options available, nothing special, but it gets the job done.
That said, the hot chocolate my daughter ordered was very basic and not particularly good. It came from a soda fountain dispenser and tasted exactly like you’d expect—quick and convenient, but lacking in quality.

We had an Easter dinner that was awesome, lamb and ham, can't go wrong with that. Food was great and Missy took great care of us. Copper Kettle has a high open ceiling with lots of hard surfaces so it can be noisy at times. It wasn't too bad because there was a light crowd when we dined. The biggest issue was the temperature of the room. Not really their fault, it was 72 the day before and then 54 the day we were there so trying to balance heat vs A/C was a challenge. CK was not crowded and server appeared to be new... team was slow on taking orders. Food has improved immensely! Kudos to the GM for prioritizing something that all members and guests appreciate!
Shenandoah Center Cafeteria offers delicious meals like lamb and ham, served in a delightful location with an attentive staff. While the noise level can be a bit high due to the open ceiling and hard surfaces, the food quality has greatly improved, thanks to the General Manager's efforts.
